Registered Migration Agents, in their first year of practice must complete the Practice Ready Program, which we are pleased to offer.  After their first year of practice, RMAs must complete 10 CPD points including at least one mandatory point.  The two mandatory options are Ethics & Professional Practice and Understanding the Code of Conduct, which we offer via private study and also in our one day 10 cpd workshops.  We recommend completing 10 modules of CPD online (from $55.00 per module incl GST), or attending one of our 1 day 10 CPD workshops to satisfy your re-registration requirements with the Office of the MARA.

Our workshops are held regularly in each major capital city.  All of our CPD activities are core activities.  You only need to pay if you pass the online private study modules and can attempt the exams multiple times without repayment.

NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT and SA Solicitors:  Solicitors can claim modules for migration CPD and their law society requirements. By completing our Ethics & Professional Practice module & Business Management module, solicitors can complete their Legal CPD modules required within the mandatory Ethics & Business Management units.  Substantive Law modules can also be obtained via the non-mandatory activities.
